Position: Wellness Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-time with approximately 20 hours per week. Varies from Monday-Friday with occasional need during the weekend. Hours are generally 1pm - 5pm, unless there is an evening event from 4pm - 8pm.

Pay: $17/hr

Primary Responsibilities: Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality focused Wellness Assistant to join our team! In this role you will assists the Community Life Services Senior Director, Wellness Manager, Creative Information Specialist and Concierge Department staff with knowledge and expertise in administration and serve as the communication liaison between residents and staff.

• Responsible for coordinating, designing, and editing wellness announcements as well as coordinating other forms of communication.
• General office duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining files, composing and distributing correspondence, inner-office communication and developing flyers. 
• Assist residents with copying, fax, email, and basic computer/cell phone assistance. 
• Assist Wellness Manager with periodic off campus and evening events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs to include Publisher, Word, Power Point, & Excel.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of communication skills. 
• Must maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional manner in all situations.
